Nearly a quarter century of direct experience in the development and delivery of highly effective Human Factors programs in high risk industries, including Aviation, Rail, Off-shore Oil and Gas, and Pipeline.
Approach
We identify aspects within the climate of an organization that supports errors, often despite the best efforts of risk management and processes. By spending 5-7 days embedded in the organization, we can better understand the subtleties and nuances that unconsciously support costly error, and tailor the intervention program to meet the specific needs of the organization. We train your facilitator to ensure that the goals of the program are continued.
